Our 45% linen/55% viscose is a medium weight fabric with a soft hand feel, wonderful drape and slight sheen. This fabric blend can be easily pressed for a crisp finish or it can be smoothed over by hand straight out of the wash for a more lived in look. Be sure to give the garment a few snaps out of the wash to help those bigger wrinkles disappear!
Linen is a natural fiber which comes from the stalk of the flax plant. Viscose is a semi-synthetic fiber produced from varying types of wood pulp. The natural irregularity with "slubs" and "nubs" of the linen fibers creates the much loved organic look, so some degree of natural imperfections can be expected with this fabric.
To help preserve the digital print and longevity of this garment, please turn inside out and cold hand wash or delicate machine wash with mild detergent. Hang to dry in the shade. Iron with the appropriate fabric settings on your iron with steam on the wrong side of the fabric (the inside). Do not dry clean, use bleach or tumble dry.
