CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders take 4-6 weeks to be completed. This may vary with our schedule, but if it changes we will update our website.
All custom orders will require you to select your style, print and size. Check the garment measurements in our size guide and see if there is anything you would like to alter. We can change the hem length for you, alter the fit so its better suited to your measurements (for example, you are between two sizes), remove any ruffles or add ruffles, remove any ties or sleeves. Simple changes such as these are included in the original price. Bigger changes may require an additional cost depending on the pattern making and sewing involved. Contact us for further details.
We can accept alterations changes only if we have not started cutting the fabric. Some complicated alterations may incur an extra charge at that time.
We certainly hope you will love your custom order, but sometimes our ideas don't pan out as we had envisioned and that's ok!. You have two options in this situation:
Return your custom order in exchange for store credit, excluding any shipping costs from the initial purchase. The sender will need to pay for the return of the item.
The other option is to send us photos of your mu'u and we will advertise it for sale on our social media and website. The exchange of money and shipping arrangements will be between you and the buyer.
At the moment we are not open for full custom design work.

Yes! We offer matching Mens Aloha Shirts. You can choose between a traditional stand collar or a more 70s style convertible collar. Order a matching Mens Aloha Shirt here
Yes, we offer custom prints for larger orders, such as a bridal party. Prices will vary according to the level of detail in the artwork. Also we are a small business so availability of this service will depend on the time of year. Please contact us for more details.
GENERAL
Unfortunately we do not do alterations for personal clothing items.
Yes! We strive for the best sewing construction and use of quality elastics and notions in our pieces, however human error is always possible. If something needs repairing or if the elastic on your mu'umu'u has given out then please send to us for repair or replacement. Sender will have to pay for shipping and we will ship it back to you for free.
Cancellations are accepted on all Made To Order orders that have not been cut yet, and all Ready To Ship orders that have not yet been shipped out. Our normal return policy will apply thereafter.
