For US shipping only

Free shipping for all orders within the Hawaiian Islands.  Free shipping to the continental US for orders over $250 via USPS.

Non-refundable standard shipping rates for orders under $250. 

"Ready to Ship" orders will be packed and shipped out from our studio on Maui via USPS within 2-3 business days*. We will send you a confirmation email and the tracking number.  Be sure to check your spam box for our email.

"Made to Order" orders will be packed and shipped out from our studio on Maui via USPS within 2-3 business* days after completion of your order.  This time will vary depending on when your order is finished.  We will send you a confirmation email and the tracking number. Be sure to check your spam box for our email.

Priority mail is available for an extra non-refundable surcharge.  Email us at info@muuhousehawaii.com for rate information.  Please note the minimum express delivery time from Hawai'i is 2 -4 days. Overnight is not available from the islands.

*NOTE: Our business days are Mon-Fri, not including holidays. Orders placed or finished after Friday 12pm HST and during the weekend will be processed the next business day.

Mu'u House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.
