Refund policy
Please make sure you have read the item descriptions carefully and have double checked your measurements against our size guides. Returns
Please log into your customer account to begin the return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are happy to offer you store credit only for any items (excluding sale items), including custom orders, that you wish to return. We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Upon receiving and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow us 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. The return shipping fee, both domestic and international, is the responsibility of the customer. Mu'u House will not be held liable for missing or lost returns. We highly recommend using a reliable and traceable postage service.
All sale items are final.
Store credits
Store credit will be issued for the purchase price only, shipping charges are non refundable. A store credit code for the purchase price will be emailed to you when the above conditions are met. The code can then be used at check out to cover all or part of your exchange order.
Store credits can be used at any time and will be valid for 12 months from the time of issue.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@muuhousehawaii.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the case of a defective item we will either replace the item or refund the purchase price. Mu'u House will also cover any shipping costs associated with replacing or refunding the damaged, defective or wrong item, on the condition the item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sale items are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
